Created in California during a time when restaurants were closed and resources were limited; my meal prep journey began by accident not by choice. I was just trying to cook nutritious meals for my brother and I after our daily park workouts.<br><br>One day, a close friend dropped by for a meeting and asked if we had eaten already. I offered him one of my prepped meals from the fridge. After one bite, he asked how much I\u2019d charge to make meals for him for the week; and just like that, the vision came to life.<br><br>From there, I dove deeper into the world of nutrition, culinary techniques, and the science of how food fuels the body. I became a Certified Nutritionist and began applying that knowledge to every meal I created. Not just to taste good, but to truly nourish.<br><br>Eventually, I brought this mission back home to Arizona, where I grew up. My goal is bigger than just healthy eating; it\u2019s about building a community centered around wellness, intention, and care. We only get one body on this earth, and what we put into it matters.
